Today we continued with our reversals, reversing the top and bottom boxes. We refilled the sugar pail, and saw some brood and eggs.

April 16 - Reversals
Today we removed the loose sugar we had put on back in March, and added a syrup pail instead. We reversed the top and middle box, and saw some capped brood in the middle box. We then added a new, empty box to the bottom of the stack, with some new frames.

April 2, 2021 - Apivar and Pollen
Today was super windy, but we snuck in some Apivar strips to kill mites, and a pollen patty for the bees! We removed the middle honey super, and the winter cover. We also cleaned up the bottom box, which had no bees but some honey. Bees were all in the top box. Click here for a little video peek at the bees!
